Consultation

We'll arrange for one of our surveyors to visit your property to undertake an initial survey and discuss your ideas and needs. We'll bring our portfolio so you can browse our work from the comfort of your own home. Once you have decided what kind of loft conversion you would like, we will provide you with a full written estimate detailing every aspect of the project and the cost involved. 

Design

If you decide to go ahead with our company for your loft conversion, we will arrange for our highly trusted architect to visit your property, where they will complete an in-depth survey and draw up plans based on your needs. Once you're happy with the plans, we will submit them to your local council and to our structural engineer. Most loft conversions don't need planning permission, but the plans need to satisfy building regulations.

Construction 

Once building regulations have been signed off, we can start converting your loft! We are conscientious workers and always aim to cause minimal disruption to you and your neighbours. We'll provide you with regular updates on progress so that you are informed throughout every step of the renovation. And, of course, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us.
